VAMPIRE FACIAL BRADFORD

VAMPIRE FACE LIFT

The vampire facelift procedure we use at the Cleage Clinic uses PRP injections to improve the elasticity and firmness of the skin around your face, which will provide you with a more youthful appearance as many of the wrinkles prior to treatment will be gone. The results of the treatment, once settled down, will be most visible after about 2-3 weeks and you can expect them to at least 12 months - with some clients happy with the results over 18 months.

The procedure itself can last a couple of hours and will require topical anaesthetic to make the process as painless as possible.

Vampire Facial Treatment

The process and steps for a vampire facial are more involved than many other procedures at Cleage Clinic and that it why it is important to use a trained professional for this skin treatment.

After the initial discussion the first step for our clinician will be to clean and sanitize your face. It is important that these clinical steps are taken to ensure there is no risk of infection as the skin will be exposed. Once sanitized your face will be punctured multiple times, effectively the microneedling procedure with a roller and pen. As this is slightly uncomfortable you will be given a mild topical anaesthetic first. The puncturing of the skin will cause blood to weep out and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) will be taken from from your blood. PRP will then be extracted from the blood samples and then applied to the punctured areas of the skin.

This will be the end of the procedure itself but post procedure you will have a cream and/or face mask applied to your face to sooth your skin, and speed up the healing of the skin. You with then be given aftercare instructions to ensure best results and minimise any post procedure discomfort.

Our clinician has performed many of these procedures and which the procedure may look a little frightening to an onlooker, we are sure that you will be extremely pleased with the final results.

FREQUENTLY ASKED VAMPIRE FACIAL QUESTIONS

  • How popular are vampire facials in Bradford?

Currently, vampire facials are not that common as not many practitioners can perform the procedure even though there is a growing demand. It is much more common in London and Manchester currently.

  • Is a vampire facial safe and are there any risks involved?

A vampire facial, which is also known as a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) facial, is generally considered safe if it is performed by a trained and experienced professional - fortunately, that is exactly what you will get at the Cleage Clinic.

As a standard statement: any medical procedure involves some risks and side effects, some of the more common ones following a vampire facial could include:

    • Bleeding, bruising, or infection at the injection site
    • Allergic reaction
    • Skin discolouration
    • Scarring

If any of these occur often they will only be temporary. At the Cleage Clinic, our preparatory work and questions are extremely thorough and our procedure techniques ensure maximum client well-being at all times.

  • Why choose the Cleage Clinic for a vampire facial?

As previously mentioned we have extremely experienced clinicians who focus on client well-being both in pre and post-procedure practices as well as during the procedure itself.

  • What are the benefits of getting a vampire facial?

A vampire facial stimulates collagen production through the micro-needling process. Combining this with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) encourages the body's natural production of collagen, which can help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. Specific areas you would expect to benefit from the following treatment include the reduction in the appearance of dark circles around the eyes. An improvement in the overall texture, tone, and quality of your skin, giving it a youthful glow.

The procedure itself is minimally invasive, meaning there are fewer risks and less downtime than with more invasive treatments. Recovery is also quick as the micro-needling process helps improve blood flow to the skin, which in turn helps reduce inflammation and promotes healing.

  • How long does it take to see results from a vampire facial?

it can take up to a few weeks to see noticeable results from a vampire facial. The skin may first appear red and inflamed, but after a few days, it should start to look brighter, smoother, and more even-toned. Over time, collagen production can also increase, resulting in longer-lasting benefits. For optimal results, dermatologists recommend getting multiple treatments spaced a few weeks apart.
